EDU Virtual Passport Day: Mesopotamia

Each Virtual Passport theme day includes two 45-minute live virtual sessions scheduled at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Registrants also gain access to a virtual classroom space full of digital activities, videos, and articles to further explore the theme throughout the day. Each student will receive a Virtual Passport worksheet, where you can keep track of where you have “traveled” during each session.

Discover what life was like in ancient Mesopotamia through the study of cylinder seals. Design your own seal, with symbols and images that have a special meaning to you. Learn more about the power of incantation bowls, and their ability to confuse and trap evil spirits.

Programs will be held in a webinar format that offers an easy one-click connection to share in your classroom or with your learners joining remotely. Upon registration, we will provide more information about how to connect on this platform which you can share with your Technology team.
